Please ensure the goods are suitably and adequately wrapped in appropriate packaging for returning to us (e.g. wrapping paper, box, etc.).

2. Should the goods arrive (at your specified delivery address) damaged we must be informed promptly by e-mail or telephone call, and within 7 days of delivery. WE MUST BE CONTACTED FIRST and informed that goods might need to be returned due to damage when delivered. (see note 3 below).

3. If goods need to be returned due to being faulty a WE MUST BE CONTACTED FIRST so that we can advise on the best way for the goods to be returned. For larger items (e.g. luggage and cases) we may be able to arrange for collection via Initial City-Link express delivery service. Should it not be possible for us to arrange collection we will inform you, and the goods should be returned to us via Royal Mail only (we recommend recorded delivery. Please note we cannot refund postage when Special Delivery service is used without our prior agreement). We will then refund the cost of return postage - to a maximum amount of £10.00, and the refund will be made to the credit or debit card number used to make the original purchase. Please note: this refers to returns of the type noted in points 2 and 3 only. For items returned to us outside of the original 30 day period the manufacturers warranty terms will be applicable, and the item will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at their discretion. If on review by the manufacturer the item is deemed to be faulty and a repair or replacement cannot be given a credit for the amount or part of the amount will be given which will be valid for a set time-period.

4. Goods for return via Royal Mail postal service should be sent by Recorded Delivery, 1st or 2nd class. The cost of postage (to a maximum of £10.00) will be included in the refund where goods returned are faulty.

5. Should you prefer to exchange the item or items you have ordered for something else from bags123.com please inform us via email on sales@bags123.com or by phone on 020 8681 5432 so that we can reserve for you the item you prefer. The original item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and must be unused. The cost of return postage for returns of this type is the customer's responsibility. We will refund to the card used for the original purchase any difference where the price of the item selected is lower than the price of the item returned, and we will charge to the same card any difference where the price for the new item is greater than that for the item returned. Where we arrange for collection of the item to be returned a return delivery charge will be applied, and this will be deducted from any refund or added to the difference where the price for the new item is greater.

Whatever the reason for making a return to us we can advise you of the best method if you contact us by e-mail at sales@bags123.com or by telephone on 020 8681 5432.
